"Quiet micro suburb"

A little pocket residential area with big blocks that is yet to grow in value compared to neighbouring Mt Waverley/ Glen Waverley on its boundary line. Access to The Glen Shopping Centre - a lively hustle and bustle entertaining precinct soon to rival the CBD via a 5 min drive, Chadstone Shopping Centre via a 10min drive, in the zone of one of the best public primary schools in VIC at
Pinewood Primary school via 5 min drive, Brentwood HS and then easy access to Monash freeway.

"Great community, large blocks, close to amenities without the price tag"

Great access to all local amenities available for Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley but without the high property prices even though its just across the boundary line. Suburb is a little local gem that no one knows about :)
- In the zone for Pinewood PS, a great primary with high academic results, and an up and coming Brentwood HS performing strongly each year.
- Walking distance to Monash University
- Short drive to The Glen, Pinewood shops, Chadstone Shopping Centre and Brandon Park SC (all within 5-10min drive)
- Close to Monash Freeway, Monash Hospital, John Monash Science School
- Close drive to two train lines, there’s even a bus that takes you direct to Eastland SC. Very well connected transport options
- Large blocks of land slowly being redeveloped
- Great friendly neighbourhood with community based events
- Fantastic place to raise a family
- Highly recommended
- Very safe

"Pleased with choice - great area."

Living here as a tenant. Find the area quiet, clean, green and convenient. Great location as close to Monash freeway and transport. 10 minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre, 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD by car. Having Monash uni close by allows me to utilise the gym, parks and sporting facilities, even as non student of Monash.... love it.

Can't fault.

Great for

  • Close to growing
  • Great quiet location
  • Near schools, university, hospital and good resident community
  • Quiet with full privacy

"Can't complain - happy with area and street (recently purchased - owner occupier)"

Having lived in the City and Collingwood for the last few years, I find this street extremely quiet, safe, and overall I am very satisfied. It is close to Monash freeway, yet it is sheltered hence quiet. Monash Uni is a 5 minute walk away, and it provides TOP class facilities to public as well. Monash has a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, park lands, a lake, ovals, theatre, and plenty of walk ways…. All walking distance with a fraction of the price tag charged in the City.
Chadstone shopping centre is 10 minutes away, Dandenong Market 10 minutes away, the Glen Shopping centre 10 minutes away…. It’s also close to great Schools.
At this stage, I am happy to report that I cannot complain.
