"THE GOLDEN STRETCH!"
Arguably Avondale Heights most prestigious street, home to the most lavish and expensive properties in the area with the majority enjoyign sweeping city, river and valley views whilst abutting the parkland and walking tracks.
Not often that properties in this street come for sale, however the lats recorded sale was a 15 year old 3 bedroom townhouse on a block of 3 which I sold in late 09 for $545,000.
Truly, THE place to live if you have a few dollars!
