Lifestyle is great, as you are very close to wine country and the coastal beaches. The CBD is not all that far away, and all the while O'H Hill is surrounded by green tree's and open parks. It really is a great little hidden gem of a suburb. Most of the residents are well established people with good outlooks on life. Everyone I encounter are friendly, and the low turn over of home sales indicates that residents prefer to stay because the suburb is so nice. Hope this helps. Cheers, Jason

I agree with what youve said here. I have also noticed more young people and professionals entering the area over the time I lived there, which is great to see!
