Mossfiel estate, Bellbridge estate are affordable and nice areas. They are quiet and safe and relatively close to the train station. If you are looking for something nicer and more expensive, Cambridge estate is like the Toorak area in Hoppers Crossing. I do not have experience and cannot say about other estates.
