"Great Street in Epping"
I'm living here last 3 years.Ormonde avenue is reasonably broad but very quit and quit street in epping city centre.it is at around 500m radius from city centre, therefore it t is close enough but not fall within 300 m radius in which council allows for apartments.Residents are very friendly and mostly professionals and retirees
