"A better street"
Quiet neighbourhood, most keep to themselves, seldom do they wave or say hi. However, there is a nuisance dog barking along Russell Terrace and it has become beyond annoying late at night and early mornings.It is sometimes hard to have a relaxing time watching TV or sleep.
