"Hooning is a huge problem"
lovely neighbours, but our house was broken into and at various times so too were our neighbours on another occasion my car was stolen from outside my door, hooning is a massive problem in this area, think well before you buy, we were glad when we sold our house!

I was delighted when we purchased our house in Oyster Cove Promenade - unfortunatley we were broken into,my car stolen from my front door hoons were a constant problem- I thought I would never get out of the area. But I guess a lot of areas on the Gold Coast are like that now

"Oyster Cove is a great place to live."
The estate of Oyster Cove is situatted between Hope Island and Monterey Keys. It is predominantly waterfront homes in gated streets. The secure waterway is for the use of the residents only and is very well maintained by the body corporate.
Properties in Oyster Cove are modern as the estate is only about 10 years old. This is a great point as the waterways are modern and well engineered. No sandflys!
Waterfront properties in Oyster Cove are well priced for what they are.
