Reviews of Pallara, QLD

"Hidden gem"

Pallara has been under the limelight for a while now. Some love it some hate it and mostly writing reviews are from people who hate it. However, I shall do something different.

I lived in Pallara for almost a year now. This area is developed by Stockland and it has proper footpaths for people to run and walk the dog on. There is a dog park just in the vicinity and a huge playground with lots of exercise machine. Not to mention the big field what we have here. There are lots of BBQ areas and also a cricket playing ground. Not sure what that is called but you know what it I meant.

So far, I am very happy with the location and yes, currently we have to travel to Inala/Sunnybank Hills if we want to get our groceries but that is to be changed pretty soon. Bluepoint property has started the process of getting approvals from BCC to build a shopping complex in this neighbourhood so it will not be long for us to get groceries from there moving forward.

There are also other areas that are being developed by AusBuild which they try to transform Pallara into a place where people will want to live in.

Yes, the history of Willawong isn't that great but government has been trying to remediate this place for a long time now. They have also purchase a block of land to build up a sport complex in this area too!

I am happy where I lived and so are my neighbours. I am not 100% sure about the school here so I can't give any comments on that, but for young couple to live in a new estate, Pallara is pretty much a place where I think it's still very affordable.

"Close proximity"

Quiet most of the time except the occasional hoon down blunder road, quiet neighbours, good for a first home, investors and families. Close to everything
