Looking for a home in Para Hills?

"Great suburb to live, play and raise a family. Lots of Parks and Reserves"

I have lived in Para Hills for 30 years and we haven’t had any major issues. Neighbours and friendly and a good mix of young families through to older couples. The neighbourhood has always been very peaceful and friendly.
Lots of good sport and recreation facilities around.
Public Transport is excellent overall with O-Bahn links to Paradise or Tea Tree Plaza and the City of course. Shopping Centres nearby include Ingle Farm, Tea Tree Plaza and Golden Grove and even Elizabeth is a 20 minute drive or a bus trip away. City is a 25-35 min drive or 35-40 mins by bus. Lots of good local shops around too, IGA, Woolworths and Foodland all nearby.
My parents and grandparents have also lived in the area for many years and they have always loved the community spirit.
I wouldn’t live anywhere else

"Peaceful and close to great amenities"

Move here from NSW last October. We checked out most areas in Adelaides North and South over 4 weeks, before we chose. Close to the CBD, lovely beaches like Semaphore and the Hills. Plenty of great local shopping such as Tea Tree Plaza and Golden Grove and a 7 minute drive to the local train station. We live in a quiet area near Modbury Heights, overlooking a tree lined gully and distant views to the ocean. Everyone is friendly.

"Para hills up and coming gem of the north"

I was initially sceptical about moving to the north as i stupidly listened to others rather than aquiring my own experience of the area and making my own judgement.
Starting a family and wanting to purchase are own home Para Hills was what we could comfortably afford at the time. I have now lived here for 6 yrs and in that time have grown to love the place. The part of Para Hills that we live in is clean and the people are friendly. There are ample shops near by and transport to the city is very convenient (i use it often to get to uni). There are loads of parks and schools and things for kiddies to do. If you wish to wake up to the birds chirping rather than tyres screeching then Para Hills is for you. It is the perfect area for first home buyers as it is cheap but not crappy (for lack of a better word).
I think Para hills is only going to keep getting better in time.

Avoid at all costs. Para hills is infested with the lowest form of humans like bikies, thieves, bogans, bums, uneducated drop kick losers and all the sorts that are nothing but pollution to the area. I'd rather live with feral animals.
