Reviews of Parkleigh Court, Vermont South

"Great place for families, retirees, couples"

Parkleigh Court is a quiet 'cul de sac' of homes built in 1970. The homes in this street, the south side of Fortescue Grove and Shalimar Court were designed by young Architects for a competition run by the then Gas and Fuel corporation.
The area is unique in this sense and has some great examples of 70's contemporary Architecture. Most of the homes have been renovated over the years and the homes present interesting and unusual elevations to the street. All in Parkleigh court are well landscaped.
Our home was designed along passive solar principles and is fabulous to live in.
We have the best neighbours, people are friendly and look out for each other.
Public transport (tram) is minutes away, local shops are great and the Glen is a few minutes drive away.
We think this area is one of the East's best kept secrets!
