Reviews of Percy Street, Mitcham
"Minutes walk to train station"
Great Street within minutes walk to Central Mitcham and train station. At the station side of the Street it quite a few block of flats and apartments, but as you go towards Vermont it becomes very neighbourly.
It is used often as a cut through from Brunswick Road to Mitcham Road, but overall is peaceful and quiet.
I have leased and managed numerous units, apartments and houses in this street and can say that due to its proximity to the station it is popular with tenants and returns a decent rental return.

"Great for Young Families"
Close to numerous local conveniences and public transport, Percy Street is located in the leafy suburb of Mitcham, 20km east of Melbourne's CBD. Some homes, mostly built in the 50s, have been renovated while others are still waiting to be rejuvinated and because of the size of the blocks, some older homes have been demolished to make way for multiple modern unit redevelopments. Families and retired couples make up most of the street's residents.
