"Raise a family, retire or change your lifestyle"
Perth is the place to be - small, quiet town with a country away from the country feel where the locals will have your back! If you visit this town have a sit by the river under a tree and enjoy a picnic. We recommend this suburb for a family, retiree or if your looking for a change of scenery compared to the busy hustle and bustle city living provides. Only a short 15 minutes drive to the Launceston CBD along the newly built highway that removes any sense of traffic and pretty much the closest Launceston residential suburb to the midland highway 2 hours drive to Hobart. You will not be disappointed with the beauty Perth has to offer!

Perth is a stunning small suburb about 10-15 minutes drive from Launceston. Perth is a family friendly neighbourhood with parks and playgrounds and all conveniences that you might need. Perth is a great suburb for investors and first home buyers/builders with the new developments seeing many new constructions in the area. With the new bypass, Perth is no longer a thoroughfare creating a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
