Pimelea Crescent, Mount Cotton, QLD 4165

Situated approx 10 minutes easy drive to beautiful Moreton Bay, Pimelea Crescent is situated off Valley Way, approximately half way between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. We have wallabies, echidnas, koalas and the odd carpet python as neighbours. There is only one access road into our estate with many slow points. The speed limit is 40kph with most vehicles travelling a lot slower. The area is great for small children and many are seen after school playing in their front gardens, in the parks or on the roads. We have a fantastic purpose built local recreation park, with bike jumps, skateboard ramps, off dog fenced area, large sand filled playground for children and covered BBQ facilities with seating. There are also 2 large lagoons stocked with fish and ducks which can be fed with special duck food purchased from the local friendly corner store.
At night there is no noise and the stars are clearly visible as there are only the street lights illuminated.
