"Great neighborhood"
Great neighborhood, did have some noisy neighbors in the past but they have now moved and been very quiet since. No problems with breakins.
Bentley has improved a lot over the years. Park, school, shops close by. Easy access to City via bus. Love going out to dinner at popular Victoria Park Cafe Strip.

"Would recommend to not go there"
We have lived in pollock st for the last year. We got broken into about two months ago, and things stolen. The neighbours are noisey, let there children room the streets any time. Last week my daughter came home and found two intruders in the house, about to take everything, they assulted her and scared the lively day lights out of all of us. Don't go there. also a friends son lived up the road and had lots of break ins, didn't find this out till the other day. it is close to uni, but just not worth the hassle.
