House prices suffering in Port Melbourne?

Is anyone noticing that house prices are decreasing in Port Melbourne? Any agents out there that can give some insight on this? someone told me that affluent areas are not really hurting, in fact house prices are remaining constant if not increasing? Is there any truth to this?
