"Absolutely beautiful street"

I think this has to be one of the most beautiful streets in Sandringham, not only is it really wide and great for the kids to play in the culdersac end, it's also very easy to park in, and has the benefit of having its own path leading down towards your own secluded beach! Cannot fault it in any way, absolute gem!
Pros
  • Beautifully wide which is great for kids to play in and great for parking
  • Has it's own opening to beachside
  • Close to bus stop, cafes and preschool

"Waterside living at it's finest"

Some of the most exclusive homes and most expensive are to be found on this stretch. Located on the water's edge, these home can see values in the millions. Walk to the water's edge or stroll down to the Cafe's, the lifestyle on offer is second to none. The perfect family suburb with parks and beaches nearby, the attraction is the small village beachside lifestyle Sandringham offers. Only a couple of streets in the area, it's median price is the highest in the peninsula and is earmarked for excellent capital gains & values.
