"Different at each end"
Quarry road is a long road with different housing and environments at each end. The north end starting at Mitcham road has lots of units and is a bit busier with traffic, but as you get to the south end it is quieter with more houses.
The north end is close to bus links, schools and shops and the south end has fantastic walking/park options to explore.
Rental wise this street has typically a few for lease ongoing, but is popular due to location. Some tenants are put off due to distance to train station, but a bus link is at the end of street to station on Mitcham road.
