Queen Street Mitcham is on the border on Nunawading and is mixed in with a lot of commercial businesses.
It is about a 5-10 minute walk to either Mitcham or Nunawading train station and easy walking distance to plenty of shops.
Renters like living here due to easy access to amenities.
