"A bit rough"

There are plenty of shops here and some nice parts of town; however, some areas and people can be sketchy.

We decided to downsize and move to Raymond Terrace. No regrets! It’s the exact lifestyle we’re looking for. Fresh air, close to beaches and Maitland/Newcastle.

"Central location without the hustle & bustle"

We are born and raised in Sydney but decided to make the move to Raymond Terrace for it’s more affordable lifestyle. Being able to afford a decent sized block for the family was our primary driver originally but we’re so glad we made the move. Our recent move to Raymond Terrace has been nothing short of brilliant. We've been so warmly welcomed into the neighhbourhood, and are loving the ease of life here. We have a young child and have heard the local school is great! We are absolutely loving it! The beaches are quiet and clean and there are some excellent local shops. We think we have landed in the perfect neighbourhood.

"Family friendly"

Raymond Terrace is great for raising a family. We have two young children which meant finding a home in a central, family friendly neighbourhood was essential. We love Raymond Terrace as we are surrounded by other families, which creates a great environment for my family to live in. Close to shops, beaches and bush walks.
