Regent St, Paddington, NSW 2021

Regent Street is one of Paddington's hidden little gems. Located on the south side of Paddington, it is close to everything Paddington has to offer, including Oxford Street shopping, the Stadium events and facilities, Centennial Park and the gorgeous Saturday market. The parking is much better than on the other side of Oxford Street, and it is part of a section of Paddington with beautiful big trees and dappled sun on a hot day. It is a wide street, but because of the traffic flow, it is less busy than you'd expect (much of the through traffic goes via Oatley Road). For families, it is a great option within walking distance to Paddington Public School, the Paddington Children's Centre, the public library and the post office. There is also a great hairdressing salon and a coffee shop in the street, which creates a fantastic sense of community.
