Being in the Blossom Park Estate, Regezia Court has exceptional rate of property growth. Perfectly located next to an abundance of parks and easy access to plenty road. A great spot to live.

As a Sales Associate in Mill Park, I've helped many people buy and sell in the area, therefore can confidently say its great place to live with an annual growth of 7% and average sale price of $570,000 for common houses. (April 2017)

"Quiet family friendly street"

Regezia Court is very kid friendly. The court is very quiet and the kids in the street all play down the end of the court or on the only vacant block in the street without any traffic worries.
Adults regularly stop and chat in the street, whether they are walking or in their cars.
Christmas is an especially friendly time with a street bbq which goes well into the early hours and New Years Eve is pretty much the same.
The school is just around the corner so the kids can walk to school and not have to cross any major roads.
A new shopping complex is being built a short distance away on Plenty Road "University Hill" which will have a "brand smart" type of retail shopping as well as lots of cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment areas.
There are major residential developments at South Morang and Mernda with a Westfield shopping centre planned for the near future.

"A nice quiet street to live in"

Built a new house in this street as we knew it was nice and quiet. The kids can be a bit loud when they play but that is only for a short while. As it is a Court there is no through traffic. Shopping is close for supermarkets as there are three within a 2 km radius. There is also strip shopping nearby and also two large shopping centres and a third smaller one 4 km's away. Another complex is currently under construction about 2 km's away.
Buses run every 30 minute about 5 minute walk away, and there are a number of schools in the area both primary and secondary. The closest being 5 minutes walk away. Parks are within walking distance as well. It seems semi rural but within striking distance of anything you want.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly, and most do up the houses at Christmas.

"A place to be...."

Regeiza court is a family friendly street, with the neighbourhood kids playing footy or cricket in the street after school. And the school is only a short walk for the kids, being only 2 streets away!!!
Christmas is especially nice with the houses dressed up in lights and an afternoon set aside for a street BBQ Lunch.
You can be as involved in the street as you like, or you can keep to yourself - Privacy is essential.
Come visit, we're sure you'll want to stay :)

Great review AJB, hey you mentioned the local government is only a 2/5. Why so low?

I'm not really 100% up to speed with the local government, it could very well be better than what i've rated it.
