Hi all! Just wondering What its like to live in Mitchel St Preston, nearer the shops?

ie, schools, parks for kids, is Bell primary any good?, what local sports are available, is the no 11 tram safe?, Are there any burglaries from homes in the area? Can I walk the streets safe day/night, What's the traffic like st georges rd/ bell St. I plan to move from Port Melbourne where I'm renting!
