Ridgewood, WA 6030

I was unfortunately burgled after moving into Ridgewood.
There's always riff raff particularly nearer to Merriwa.
It was a frightening ordeal for a new resident and I don't feel safe anymore.

Ridgewood is an unknown Gem of the local area, the land sizes are generous and during the time of peak development there was a trend in the area to more substantial dwellings which are very accomodating to growing families.
When spending time visiting fiends and clients in the area I have always appreciated the wide quiet leafy green streets and tranquil surrounds.

Close to beach. Great amenities.
Some yucky surrounding areas but they mainly border on the other side of connelly ave and or hester ave. The true Ridgewood area is in the vistas and its a nice spot.
Neighbours all know another and we keep an eye on one another .Ridgewood itself is a good little pocket.

I heard so many things about the ridgewood/clarkson/merriwa/butler area and I can honestly say they were all false. It's such a great area to live in. Safe and surrounded by all amenities I need including transport services and shops and schools.
The shops and new infrastructure keeps getting better every year and it's all lovely and new with a beach feel to it.
The people are great and my neighbors and surrounding neighbors all look out for each other.
The houses are excellent value and have able and large blocks in ridgewood.
As a family of 4 we love the parks and ovals and beach being so close by. No rusty gutters but still the smell of the ocean on the breeze! Always a afternoon breeze in summer.
I recommend if people dont wat to live to close to perth and want the coastal balance of work and play then Ridgewood is the perfect suburb that has all you need!.

Simply the best suburb so quiet and such good value for money at the moment, so safe love the place not too far from beach used too live carramar no where near as good

Ridgewood is a great suburb to live in with all the houses are mostly near new . Friendly & safe neighbourhood. Never have to worry about our safety at home even if my husband is away and i am home with my young baby. Love the surrounding as all the parks and playgrounds are well maintained, great for family and anyone who enjoy living in a modern suburb. Only a short drive to the shops/shopping centre and some beautiful uncrowded beaches. Most childcare centres are pretty new and staff are very friendly too. We have been to a few childcare centres down south and some of them can be very untidied and the playground can be a bit old too. My daughter loves the childcare centre in Clarkson which is only 5 mins drive from Ridgewood.
