"A good mix of the old and the new!"
Riviera road is a long street that starts up on Military Road with older post war homes (typically 3-4 bedrooms and mostly brick veneer, as opposed to the opposite side of Avondale Heights where it is mostly weatherboard). It continues into the luxurious St Bernards Estate where there are huge double and triple storey mansions that, due to the dips in the road, contain fantastic views of the city and Valley.
Home prices can vary from $450,000 - $1,000,000 depending on what part of the street you are interested in.
No bus stops actually ON this street, but there is quick access through the park on Windsor Drive that fix that as well as the bus stops on Military Road.
It is a lovely street with many parks you will see as you drive through, not to mention the spectacular properties towards the Dickson Street end.
