It's convenient to everything and it's great to have Lincoln Road shops just across the park, but the street isn't great for walking. It has no footpaths and the verges aren't kept up. Add a couple of blind bends and trucks and cars parked every which way all along, and it makes it hard to be safe with children and/or dogs. So many of the houses have VERY noisy occupants! A fair few of them sit out the front, and a fair few more of them don't seem to understand their impact upon others. I have trouble sitting out these warm nights because the of vile language - that just gets worse as the drinks pour. I don't know that's it's just this street, but people in general don;t seem to consider others when they yell their business at the tops of their voices. There are two new places for sale and I pity the people who buy them - they're right opposite people who sit out the front and get very loud most nights of the week :(
