"Absolutely Perfect"

Quiet, peaceful yet just the perfect amount of takeaways shops, new gym is perfect. Friendly and caring people, beautiful parks, 15mins to Greens lake for skiing and watersports. 15 mins to the wineries for tastings, 40min to Bendigo for shopping, 20 mins to Echuca for bigger stores like Bunnings, Restaurants etc. V/line station is brilliant (to Melbourne for footy or weekend away). Mitsubishi dealer, Bruce hocking motors, Caltex food/willow cafe is 10/10. Kits kafe is awesome! It’s the perfect humble town that is family friendly & welcoming. Shamrock pub has the best meals! IGA is great. COTTAMS and Elsie’s provide the best meats! Market every month for fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies. Sports, campaspe river for canoeing. Fresh country air. Lots of paths to walk around the town. Some really nice new houses going up. Recent $5 million upgrade to high school. River walking tracks, sports power, jewellery store, wine bar! It’s just an amazing town! Love it. Never moving ever! Chinese takeaway is amazing! Fish and chips are the best. Souvalakis! Yum! mitre 10, bakery has great pies! It’s a place where the locals are smart and care about each other :) love it!

"Ok but too small"

I have lived here for 6 years and to be honest it is ok, just I always seem to be travelling to bendigo, echuca or sheppsrton to get things that arent readily available here. It is very limited.

One of the best streets in Rochester.

Close to State Primary and Secondary Schools, Local churches, bowls club, corner store, playground and only a short walk to main shopping area and train station.

Boast big wide streets, with good footpaths and most homes on large blocks so you are not close to the neighbors.

Find everything you need within several street blocks, post office, pubs train station, parks, pubs x 3, churches x 4, schools x 3 supermarket, Professional services of Solicitor, accountant and many specialty stores - such as jeweler, shoe, clothing, sports, electrical, videos, local department store etc.
