Plane noise in Rockdale?
Hello, we are looking at buying a house on Villiers Street on Rockdale, and it looks like that street is under the flight path. Can anyone give us advice on how bad the plane noise is - frequency, which days (or every day) and how loud you find it? Thanks

A temporary problem while they are repairing the main north-south runway at the airport.

Maybe Ill expand - even outside of the runway repair period , there are some planes on the east/west runway on weekend mornings - not sure why , I assume when the main north/south runway is at capacity in these peak travel times.
