A jewel in the Umina area, this street is much sought after as it has a name for being one of the best streets. Most if not all homes are owner/ occupied but with a recent influx of couples with children or young first home owners, the street is changing to a more vibrant mix.
Home owners on the street pride themselves on keeping very neat and clean front gardens. You may occasionally see people walking their dogs through this street as well and people are friendly and say hello all the time. We have lived here for nearly 5 years and with a young son enjoy the close proximity to parks, beaches, shops and public transport. We also have our son going into 'big school' next year and being close to our number one choice for schools is advantageous.
Overall, friendly neighbours, a quiet leafy street with minimal traffic make this an ideal place to move into.

We love Rosewood Drive. It is a pretty street with a leafy outlook. All the homes are brick homes and it has the added advantage of kerb and guttering. The neighbours are friendly and from what we have been advised by those who have lived here for 30 years plus, the street has always had a good name. The homes are on large blocks and garden maintenance appears to be a favourite past time for many of the residents as the street always has a clean and tidy appearance. The position of Rosewood Drive is also an added bonus as it is close to local transport and is within walking distance to both the local shops and the main shops within Umina Beach. It is also close to schools and of course the ever beautiful beaches. One of the main advantages is that very little traffic passes through the street. Rosewood Drive has something for eveyone. It is perfect for young families and couples but quiet enough for those wishing to retire to the neighbourhood.
