"Convenient to all of Bayswater's best"
Rowan Place in Bayswater is a lovely right near to the Primary school and just around the corner from Guy Turner Reserve,
I'm Property Manager in Bayswater and find this a great pocket for investors to buy in because its always in demand as tenants love the central location as its walking distance to the Bayswater train station, Bayswater shops (Coles, Wollies + speciality shops) and Bayswater Primary School.
