Perfectly situated in the middle of the good part of Richmond - 6 minute walk to Richmond station, 12 minutes to West Richmond and about 8 to the tram stop that goes down church to Chapel. I always feel safe walking home at night, the odd reveller from the MCG wanders past occasionally but otherwise very quiet, and no traffic noise carries from Punt Road. Neighbours are all friendly, and lovely to only have to wander literally a few metres down the street for delicious breakfast and great coffee from the Rowena Corner Store. Could not be happier here - will be hard to find a street that compares.
