"Neighbourly and central"
Rupert Street Mitcham is a lovely street with lovely neighbours, a kindergarten and close to all of Mitcahm's finest.
You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and have a park with a playground just around the corner!
I've leased + managed many houses/units and this street and find its always popular due to quiet area plus its handy location.

"Very friendly street in neighbourhood with great character"
All the neighbours know each other and pop in for a beer, coffee or chat on a regular basis. There is even an annual Christmas party for all the current and past neighbours. Would recommend it highly for families and people who want to be part of a real community again.
