"One of the best..."
There is not much you can say wrong about Salmon avenue. A quiet street with beautiful parks on it such as Woodlands park & Salmon reserve. The home was originally filled with period style homes however many of those are being demolished to make way for some amazing new contemporary homes. There are still many opportunities left to purchase an unrenovated home too.
The location is convenient to everything including Essendon North village, transport, schools and much more.
