Is there a variety of late night fast food delivery places that service this area. How can I find a list of these places.

Pizza hut? Cardboard hut you mean! But at least it's open late.
Depending on what time you want, you're pretty much limited past about 9pm. However, most pizza joints in the area are open until about 11ish on fridays and weekends. If you're really desperate, you can always head down to 7-11 and get some dodgy heat-in-the-microwave type rolls.
