Is this area of Doonside worth the risk?
Hi there, my fiance and I are considering buying a place in Scintilla Road Doonside, but are concerned about the area. It looks ok from what we've seen, but of course you only really get to know a place after you've been there a while.
What's the best way to know for sure what houses are housing commision and which aren't? I've scoured the net looking for some sort of website that lists them but there isn't one... any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

The majority of houses in this street are owned by the housing department. However this does not necessarily mean that it is a bad area. If houses look well maintained, then the residents obviously take pride in their properties and also their area, whether is is housing commission or not.
