Looking for a home in Seacliff?

"Seaside of Brighton Road - with a real 'village' feel"

Within easy access of transport (bus & train) and adjacent to one of Adelaide's most magnificent beaches the Suburb of Seacliff is well worth considering if your looking for a sea change! Many of the original 50's era solid brick homes on their 550 + sq m blocks have been tastefully renovated and extended, however from time to time the opportunity comes along to secure an affordable home in original condition and refurbish to your taste. Most of this suburb is Zoned Seacliff Policy Area 9 so if your looking to build a 2 storey home be sure to check with the Council (City of Holdfast Bay) whose current policy for the area is generally about the second storey being constructed into the roof-line.
When it's time to relax many of the locals enjoy a meal at the popular Seacliff Hotel located on the Esplanade or if the family are into sailing be sure to check out the Seacliff Yacht club.

"Last estate developed in Seacliff!"

Great spot with a park to the end of the street as well as the Seacliff hockey/tennis club. As only a small street, parking for cars is limited, however car park for from Tennis club accomodates 80 cars so handy for big parties! Christmas is fantastic with carols by candlelight' and santa visits for the local kids at John Mathwin reserve. Seacliff primary is also close by and numbers are increasing to the school as younger families are moving into the area. 7 minute walk to Kingston Park and Seacliff beach and two train stations within walking distance.

All houses built in this estate are from 2001 onwards and consist of two storey family homes to courtyards with views!

I have sold the following homes in Lucy May Drive:

17 Lucy May Drive
14 Lucy May Drive
3 Lucy May Drive
