Are there any good state and private senior high schools for a teenage boy?

We are moving from Brisbane (moreton bay region) and as it will just be me and teenage son and a dog is Gosnells safe and affordable?

Anywhere from Cannington to Armadale has affordability along with a few social problems. If there are grandparent who can help with private school fees there are a number of cheaper private schools that can control behavioural (and associated learning) standards better). The suburb is becoming more desirable with some smaller houses and good transport links. If you are not going to work, maybe consider going up to Kalamunda in the hills as there is a nice community feel there and lots of parks for your dog.

Hi Beccareay,

Southern River College on Southern River Road is a pretty good senior high school. It is one of the Top 50 Vocational Education School in Western Australia with 100% of its students graduated with a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) for the sixth year in a row now.

Kind Regards,
