Seven Mile Beach, TAS 7170

I am living on Surf Rd where just a three minutes walk from beach. It is really relaxing atmosphere to walk there. I always take my children to play sands after lunch. Beside this, hospitals, shopping center and schools are comparatively more difficult to access. You need to drive to almost all places.

This is a lovely part of Hobart to visit - a nice and quiet community with a very sandy beach that is comparable to other good beaches in Australia and New Zealand, but much less busy! It's a very easy commute to Hobart CBD (20 mins), and only 5 minutes to the airport. This area is so good that I have purchased a beachfront property on Surf Road - you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach from where we are. Can't wait to use this during the warmer months...

Seven Mile Beach is the suburb for lifestyle. Whether it be family, couple/single or retirees it has everything. Best beach in Hobart for families, great walks, premier golf courses and 15 minutes to the CBD all highway no traffic lights until the western side of the tasman bridge! Great village feel and friendly locals. Fabulous place our kids tell us it is the best place in the world to grow up and I think they're right.

I have bought a house in Surf Road and can't wait to move in. Seven Mile Beach, I feel is the best beach in Hobart, unspoilt, beautiful and quiet.
It is close to Hobart, a duel lane freeway, easy drive but with plenty of shops opening nearby.
The airport is in the vicinity which makes weekend trips to Melbourne or Sydney easy.
One of Tasmania's premier golf courses is within walking distance and 2 other courses are are minutes drive away.
You could not ask for a better place to live.....See you all soon!
