Sharrow Road Mitcham is is located centrally to all of Mitcham's hotspots and is within walking distance to Yarran Dheran walking trails, Antonio Park Primary and park, plus with easy access to Mullauna College and the Eastlink freeway entrance, Heatherdale and Mitcham train station, Mitcham shopping precinct and newly refurbished Eastland shopping centre.
As a Property Manager in Mitcham and as a local resident I know this part of Mitcham is popular due to its serene and quiet location, so it's popular with families wanting the convenience but quiet lifestyle.
