"Snobby retirement village"
Can’t wait for my lease to end & move far away from here. Also had my car broken into in my drive way. Some old couple pulled over to shout at me when I was walking my dog all she did was sniff their grass

"nice, friendly neighbourhood"
great place for families as it is very safe. a quiet a residential suburb with beautiful greenery, close to Perth CBD and stores. some highlights include include a beautiful lake with a park, a great dance studio and a bakery. highly recommend for families :)

"You know, that they know... it ain't Subiaco"
Blocks just too slim and it just ain't Subi... blocks in Subi are not much different, but it's Subiaco not Shenton Park. People will think you live next to their nana in Shenton, in Subi they'll know you're cool. Toss a coin, then ignore it and choose the better option.
