The roads in this area particularly Carrington Crt, Sheraton Close are brick roads for a difference. The house prices in this area is increasing at a rate of 15% every year. Most of the houses in this area are aroung $700,00 plus. Best schools like PLC are very near. School buses are running on Highbury road. Lot of kids go the best schools in Melbourne. Most houses are double storeys. At the end of the court is a park, which is good for a relaxed walk.
