Based on the reviews for Eltham, Eltham College receives 5 stars, but they do have strict zoning.

Eltham College is one of the best schools in the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, and I can only hope to get my child in there. They are reasonably tightly zoned however, Scholarships are worth trying to get. You will need to enroll early though.

Eltham College is one of the best schools in the outer eastern suburbs. It is expensive and I could only hope to send my son there. Yes they are fairly strictly zoned, however, you can sit a test to be excepted or of course try to get a scholarship.
