"Cute street in good spot"
Simpson Street has two parts, first the thin narrow part off Mitcham Road and then the homely part with Simpson Park at the end.
The side over Percy Street is a lovely spot with the dog park at the end and still close to Mitcham's local amenities.
I've rent a few properties in this street and can confidently say it is a lovely neighbourly part of Mitcham.
