"Cotton Tree - a coastal chic pocket close to all the action"

Cotton Tree - the enviable area of Cotton Tree – where the rolling surf meets the quiet Maroochydore River. On the fringe of Maroochydore, leave your car behind as everything is at your doorstep - a few minutes’ walk to some of the Sunshine Coast’s best café’s, restaurants, and the boutique retail precinct of Cotton Tree. Nearby you will find the Maroochydore River, Public Library, Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre, Maroochydore RSL, Club Maroochy Bowls, Tennis Club and Maroochydore Surf Club. A little further walk, the largest shopping centre in the region Sunshine Plaza, the new Maroochydore City Centre Hub and Alexandra Headland. Move to this area and become part of the local friendly Cotton Tree community.

"Between the River and the Sea"

Sixth Avenue is located in Maroochydore's Eastern Peninsula 'Cotton Tree'. The Avenue itself runs North to South and creates an avenue to access Maroochydore Beach and/or the River to the North. Sixth Avenue is now home to many exclusive residential and holiday apartment buildings featuring ocean and river views. On street level, you will find a healthy selection of cafe's and restaurants with the nearby shopping precinct only a short stroll. Most mornings the area is very quiet with only residents making up the foot traffic as the head to the beach or return home with the morning coffee and paper.

Great for

  • Ocean Views, Walk to the Beach
  • Bowls Club
  • Close to Cotton Tree village centre
