"The quiet life"
South Arm is a beach side, semi rural area within commuting distance of Hobart. Well known for its bird life & locally grown produce it is also a mecca for weekend boaties & fishermen. The hub of South Arm is the local RSL,Golf Club & Community Centre which has a friendly welcoming atmosphere as well as reputation for good food. South Arm also boasts a General Store which also acts as the local Post Office & Petrol Station, a Cafe/Coffee shop, Pharmacy, Primary School & Hair Stylist.
