Apparently the new place to live, the yuppy area of Ballarat, professionals look out you might miss out if you dont get in fast!!

Spratling Road is quiet, safe for children and families alike. Nature abundant, a true learning environment for all ages. We have more water views than Lake Wendouree!!!. Two minutes to a new school and tennis and cricket club and of course the play group. Smythesdale three minutes away with a new Hotel with wonderful menus, new doctors surgery and community centre, all recently built, supermarket, butchers, post office, petrol station Oh and more. A school bus arrives on Spratlings Road for children to get to school, easy access to Sebastopol and Ballarat, (10 mins). What more could you want, the ability to chill out, but get in to town and party!
