"Clean, green, relatively peaceful, just not that exciting. Good street for families."
A good street for families. Quite peaceful apart from the usual suburban scourge of lawnmowers. Traffic is very minimal as it doesn't take any through traffic, just residents. Walking distance to shops, schools, large park. Bush reserve nearby. Mostly owner-occupied houses. A few renters, but generally the good kind as there are no flats or townhouses and rents in the suburb are high.
