Sunshine Parade is quickly changing its makeup and is seeing a lot of renovations and new builds so the landscape is changing. What once was possibly the older area and had run down houses are starting to see new buildings take their place and shape the landscape with state of the art properties. One of the newest being 1/14 and 2/14 sunshine parade which is a quality built duplex.
