I've heard the flats can be a little bit rough in some spots (homes west housing) but this seems to be improving. Lots being knocked down and rebuilt. We live up the top and its wonderful. Beautiful, leafy and green. Close to Perth (25-30 mins) the airport (15-20 mins) 2 shops to choose from (Coles and IGA) with a number of dinner options too. 2 big ovals and the beautiful national park on the doorstep, plus plenty of parks! Pub has recently been renovated and the meals are good and well priced. Medical center is on morrison rd and the hospital is nearby as well as a large shopping center in midland 5 mins away.

Our neighborhood is great, friendly neighbors who look out for each other. I don't know much about the schools. Their is a high school and primary school in swan view (public) and both public and private primary and high schools close by.

I really enjoy living here, and I wasn't sure I would when we purchased. A real great place to live and raise a family.

No traffic, clean and green, nice views and great neighbours. Midland Gate just 5 mins drive, plenty of room. Overall a nice place to live.

Lived in Swan View for 30 years. I plan on buying my first home in the area. Don't believe the negativity from other postcode areas, this place is great.

Close to midland. The forest at the top of morrison road is great. Has everything available within a kilometre. All the shops you need are i Midland. Close to airport for mine workers. Only 25 minutes to the city.
