I was up in Sydney last weekend and had to stop by Gelato Messina on Victoria Street in Darlinghurst. The salted coconut and mango sorbet is the BEST!
If you're in town head to Aqua S Ice Cream Parlour on George St for the tastiest and whackiest blue soft serve ice cream creations. The strawberry cheesecake flavour was yummy.
I've heard amazing things about Cow & the Moon gelato bar in Enmore too .

My go-to ice creamery is Gelato Blue in Newtown. Everything is vegan-friendly & 100% plant-based...so you know the ice cream is good for you ;) give the cornetto flavour or 3 scoop sundae a go.
