"Overpriced and Overrated"

There is a lot of maintenance issues in most of these strata managed buildings. Stealing of goods from common area, noisy drag racing and not vetting people while renting is quite common in SOP. While park and stadium present a good view to this suburb they along with DFO Homebush add to a lot of congestion at times. These apartments are not worth the money, better to rent and move out.

"Quality living"

SOP is one of the best suburb to live in such as in terms of sports facilities, good cafes surrounding the central part of the suburb, plenty of walking areas and wonderful park. I had been living in SOP for 6 years and have seen the place grow, crack, tilt and get back to it's original shape. During big events as a residence it could be a pain but hey you get to have the first chance of a sneak peak of your favourite star. In terms of location you are in the centre of west and north part of sydney as a result it is easy for you to go to the city, paramatta or ryde. The views from each of the apartment is amazing but with new developement coming up I do not know how applicable it will be in the future as I had been shifting from level 4 to level 16 to level 27 to level 30

"Modern living with a growing community and restaurants"

Scenic views with entertainment all around. Areas are nice and open with a good balance between nature and modernisation. There continues to be vast development in this area with 3.5 billion allocated to infrastructure by 2030. Definitely has a lot to offer and even more to look forward to in the near future.

"Everyday is a novelty in SOP"

Sydney Olympic Park is a very exciting suburb to live in, and everyday feels like a novelty. There are so many activities happening around you everyday (e.g. free outdoor cinema nights, cycling events) and you can just about pick and do something active every night of the day if you wanted to.

Loads of walking and hiking trails, cycle paths and park areas, and simply and amazing place if you are an active person.

Only downside is that tariff is horrendous on match nights (ANZ stadium) and it's painful coming in and out of the area.
